Greetings!


Man, I am super excited

to create this very first post on my website! In this post, I would like to simply share the outline for my interview I did with my Israelite brother and good friend, Dr. Yonaton Baruch. A board certified and clinical pathologist who shared insight, not just on his extensive background to medicine and health, he also shared with us his journey as a Torah Observer and how men’s health is vitally important as it relates building family structure.

Men’s health: Stamina for building Biblical family structure - 

Does science support the biblical record? 


Focus of discussion for increasing stamina: purpose/happiness, exercise, sleep, hydration, oral health, nutrition/diet, behavior 


Foundational keys (formula) for Family structure found in the biblical text (reference texts- psalms 127, 128 and 91:

 1. Abba Yah is the Builder 

 2. Reverencing Him, and following his instructions

 3. Happiness from honorable work and providing sustenance from that work

 4. Obtaining a wife (and/or wives; based on culture practiced)

 5. Being fruitful and multiplying

 6. Establishing a house/home/estate

 7. Receiving the blessings of this process; including shalom, given by the Father
